Purpose:
Create a close network of high-achieving men seeking both personal and professional growth, Men willing to invest in each other’s successes. A group of men fully committed to speaking truth into each other, offering accountability, truth and challenging each other to be the best father, husband, and business leaders we can be.
Members:
All potential members must complete an application. This group is for Christian, married men with a minimum annual income of $150,000. The group is limited to 12 members.
Commitment:
If invited to join you are committing to one year of membership.
Meetings:
Weekly meetings are held using the Zoom program. When attending Zoom meetings, you must have your video on, and be in a private, stationary environment. You are expected to attend and participate in at least 80% of the weekly meetings and at least one in-person meeting each year, held in the Nashville, TN area.
Special Guests:
It’s my belief each member has a solid network of business leaders and thoughts leaders we can all benefit from. From speaking, digital marketing, podcasting, networking, writing a best-selling book, connecting deeper with your spouse and family; there are a variety of experts that will be invited to share their expertise with the group.
Cost:
Members can pay $1,000 a month or $10,000 annually. There is no refund for membership. Members are responsible for travel and lodging to in-person events. All other expenses will be covered.
Tools:
We will be using Dropbox (digital file storage), Zoom (video meetings), and Voxer (group voice chat).
Transactions between members:
There are occasions when you may need to pay for another member’s services. It is healthy for members to have transactions between each other. This is a nuanced discussion so be sure to discuss it openly and never make assumptions about payment. The leadership team is available if any clarification is needed.
Feedback/Support:
The basis of a healthy Mastermind is being open to feedback in all areas of life; emotional, spiritual, business, and personal topics will be discussed. You are expected to provide encouragement and support in these areas to your fellow members.
Your Instructor
Jeff Rose is an entrepreneur disguised as a certified financial planner, author and blogger and founder of the Wealth Hacker™ movement.
He has over 16 years experience in the financial services industry and is current CEO of Alliance Wealth Management. An Iraqi combat veteran, Rose served in the Army National Guard for nine years, including a 17-month deployment to Iraq in 2005.
